On hoilday, man its hot, so hot you will die?

Have been back in Istres (west provence) now for four days and I am relaxing in to the rithum of holiday life. The most important desision of the day is what wine to drink with lunch and dinner.

The holiday strted early, very eraly as they do. We choose to take the realies flight to Marsails so that usualy means geting up at 2am the get in the car to drive to gatwick to get on the red eye fligt.

Its worth the effort as you dont waste time you arrive at 9am local time and the day is all ours.

So far I have gon on an eppic cycle ride up and down mountis near buy and the weather has mostly been gloriousely hot...just the way we like it. Today was a beach day and tomorrow Cecile and I are going to carcasone (children will stay with mamie and papie)
